Política de Privacidad PrediSmart — informações institucionais sobre uso, privacidade, cookies e governança SaaS.
1. Scope
This Policy explains how PrediSmart processes personal data across its institutional website, public pages, contact forms and, when applicable, SaaS demonstration or contracted operational environments.
2. Data we may process
We may process identification and contact data, company/building information, technical usage data, access logs, language preferences, form submissions and information required for authentication, security, support and operational auditability.
3. Purposes
Data may be used to respond to inquiries, demonstrate the platform, operate SaaS accounts, provide support, protect the environment, maintain audit trails, comply with legal obligations and improve features such as maintenance, patrols, readings, tags, inventory, OCR and IoT.
4. Legal basis and governance
Processing should follow principles of necessity, purpose limitation, transparency, security, prevention and accountability under applicable law. In contracted operations, the customer may act as controller for certain data and PrediSmart as processor, depending on the applicable agreement.
5. Sharing and providers
We may rely on providers for infrastructure, authentication, hosting, e-mail, analytics, monitoring, storage and security. Sharing occurs only where needed to provide, protect or improve the services.
6. Security and retention
We apply technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including authentication, tenant segregation, audit logs, permissions and security best practices. Data is retained for as long as required for the applicable purposes, contracts and legal obligations.
7. Data subject rights
Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions where applicable, and other rights provided by applicable law.
