Sanciones, Controles de Exportación y Elegibilidad Territorial

1. Principle

PrediSmart services are provided only where PrediSmart Global, LLC may lawfully provide them and where the Customer and users may lawfully receive and use them.

2. Required Declarations

Customer must provide accurate and current information concerning its contracting entity, country of organization, billing jurisdiction, effective countries of operation, deployment locations, and jurisdictions of effective Platform use when requested.

3. Effective Place of Use

VPNs, proxies, corporate gateways, cloud egress, remote access, or other network routing technologies do not alter the effective place of Platform use for contractual, sanctions, export-control, or eligibility purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

The Platform may not be supplied, exported, reexported, made available, accessed, or used where doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, embargoes, denied-party restrictions, or other applicable binding law.

5. Verification and Cooperation

PrediSmart may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate eligibility. Customer must not conceal, falsify, or materially omit information relevant to that assessment.

6. Compliance Actions

PrediSmart may delay or refuse provisioning, restrict functions, suspend access, require remediation, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate a material eligibility concern, or avoid prohibited supply of services.

7. Dynamic Rules

Territorial and sanctions rules may change without a Platform release. Eligibility is therefore determined by current applicable law and compliance controls rather than by a fixed list embedded in these Terms.

8. No Authorization by Silence

A registration, technical ability to connect, or absence of an immediate block does not constitute a representation that a particular jurisdiction, person, entity, transaction, or use is legally eligible.
