Política de Uso Aceptable

1. Purpose

This Policy defines mandatory conditions for safe, lawful, authorized and responsible use of the PrediSmart Platform.

2. Authorized Purpose

The Platform may be used only for purposes within the Customer’s subscription, assigned role, organizational authority, applicable law, and these policies.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, or unauthorized activity; to compromise persons, property, systems, networks, devices or data; or to facilitate conduct prohibited by applicable law or contract.

4. Security Restrictions

Users must not bypass, disable, evade, interfere with, probe beyond authorization, defeat, or misuse authentication, authorization, tenant separation, App Check, access controls, security monitoring, rate limits, integrity mechanisms, or other Platform protections.

5. Intellectual Property and Technical Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, extraction, scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, derivation, competitive exploitation, training of a competing system from protected Platform materials, or acquisition of non-public proprietary information is prohibited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

6. Automation and Interfaces

Automated access, API use, integrations, bots, agents, bulk extraction, or machine-to-machine activity is permitted only through interfaces, credentials, scopes, limits, and purposes expressly authorized by PrediSmart and the Customer.

7. Devices, IoT and Field Data

Users must not connect unauthorized devices, submit falsified operational evidence, manipulate readings or audit records, or use integrations in a manner that compromises safety, integrity, availability, or lawful operation.

8. Customer Content

Users must have appropriate rights and authority for content submitted to the Platform and must not submit content that unlawfully infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, security, or other rights.

9. Territorial and Trade Compliance

Use must comply with applicable sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, and territorial eligibility requirements. Attempts to conceal or misstate the effective jurisdiction of prohibited use violate this Policy.

10. Enforcement

PrediSmart may investigate, preserve evidence, limit functionality, suspend access, require remediation, or terminate access as reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, Customers, third parties, or comply with law and contract. Enforcement decisions do not waive any other right or remedy.

11. Reporting
